Is there a free package?
Yes. The Free package is free forever for small messes. Paid packages add more members and PDF/Excel export, and most include a free trial.
How do I pay for a package?
Send the amount by bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank and enter the transaction ID on the Package & Billing page. The package is activated after the payment is verified.
What happens when a package expires?
Nothing is lost. Your mess continues on the Free package limits until you renew.
How is the meal rate calculated?
Meal rate = total confirmed expenses of the month ÷ total meals. Each member’s cost is their meals × the rate, and the balance is their confirmed deposits plus any bazar they paid from their own money, minus that cost.
Can members see their own balance?
Yes. Every member has a dashboard with today’s meals, their schedule, deposits and the live balance for the month.
Can I manage more than one mess?
Yes. One account can create or belong to several messes and switch between them from the top bar.
Who can change meals and expenses?
The mess admin and the meal managers of the month. Members can change only their own schedule and requests.
What does closing a month do?
It locks that month’s meals, expenses and deposits so the settlement cannot change by accident. An admin can reopen it with a reason.
Is my data safe?
Each mess’s data is visible only to its own members, every important change is recorded in an audit log, and financial records are cancelled rather than deleted.
Is it available in Bangla?
Yes. Switch between English and বাংলা anytime from the top bar.
